Mushroom & Veggie Stew
We start with the same flavor base as our Beef Stew; sautéed shallots, garlic, carrots and celery. Then we add loads of mushrooms to impart the rich nutty flavor we love so much! We again use Cabernet to de-glaze the pot and build a rich sauce. The final additions of potatoes and peas are added and we let it simmer with herbs and seasoning until it’s the deep flavors you love! Each 12oz serving comes with one of our Japanese Milk Bread Rolls which is the perfect vessel to scoop up all that glorious sauce!
